About

‌I am a PhD candidate in International Relations at Queens University Belfast researching the transnational aspects of the overdose crisis in New England, USA. As a professional filmmaker, I am using visual methods to explore the underlying connections between Tasmanian poppy agriculture, cross-border infrastructure at the US-Mexico border, and community based responses to opioid overdoses in Massachusetts. I am currently developing a video installation PhD thesis which offers innovative ways of interpreting international relations, drug trafficking, supply chains and global to local entanglements.
